Northgate News: Man Assaulted Near Northgate Boulevard and San Juan Road; Suspect Flees on RT Bus

In the latest Northgate News, a man was left bleeding on the ground after a violent assault near the intersection of Northgate Boulevard and San Juan Road in Sacramento — a developing scene that came across the scanner during a live stream by Lance The PI. Sacramento Police Department, Sacramento County Probation, and Sacramento Fire Department all responded to the call.

According to scanner traffic, the victim was found on the northwest corner of Northgate Boulevard and San Juan Road, lying on his back and bleeding profusely. Witnesses on scene reported that the suspect fled the area by boarding a Sacramento Regional Transit bus, making a rapid escape before officers could arrive.

When Lance arrived on scene, the victim was clearly visible in the video, lying on his back at the northwest corner of the Northgate Boulevard and San Juan Road intersection. The gravity of the victim’s injuries was evident, and first responders moved quickly to render aid.

Sacramento Fire Department personnel transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment. The severity of his injuries at the time of transport was not immediately confirmed. Sacramento Police Department launched an investigation into the assault, while Sacramento County Probation was also present at the scene.
