On the evening of March 20, 2025, Sacramento Police responded to Peralta Avenue and Mysin Way near Northgate Boulevard after a man hiding under a truck refused to come out. I monitored the call on the scanner and responded. When I arrived it was dark, multiple officers were on scene, and a physical struggle had already taken place. I filmed the suspect in custody as officers lifted him from the ground and placed him in a patrol vehicle. Sacramento Fire evaluated him and an ambulance transported him to a nearby hospital.
On a separate night I responded to Northgate Boulevard after a pedestrian was struck and killed. I was on scene filming as first responders worked the area. This is the kind of response that never makes the morning news cycle. Lance The PI News is live on scene while it is still happening.
